Ariba User Groups
Ariba User Groups are created for and hosted by Ariba Licensed Customers. User Groups are typically organized by region, industry or solution. User Group members meet at least twice a year to network, share best practices, and provide industry and product input to our future releases. All Ariba customers are welcome to participate in any of our User Groups. Each user group will focus on topics of high interest to the customers participating.
User groups provide you with the opportunity to meet with other Ariba users, as well as Ariba solution experts, hear about upcoming product enhancements, and enable you to influence future product capabilities.
Benefits of Attending a User Group:- Serve as a forum to influence the development and improvement of Ariba solutions
- Foster and improve relationships and communication among members, and between members with the purpose of collaboration and information exchange
- Gather and disseminate information on the use of Ariba products and solutions among users
- Voice your opinions and suggestions to the Ariba team
There are three main types of User activity including Regional User Groups, On-Line User Groups and two User Conferences.
Regional User Groups: One day regional User Groups will be held in the North American (NE, SE, East and West) and in EMEA (UK, Germany and France) with a target goal of two in each region. They will last one full day and will cover varied topics, solutions and industries. These sessions will be held in person and at either a third party or customer location. There is no cost to the customer to attend this event.
On-Line User Groups: These virtual User Groups will be conducted via Webcast and recorded so that non-attending customers can access the sessions on-demand vial the User Group portal with a goal of one per month. They will last one to two hours and will be cover varied topics, solutions and industries. There is not cost to the customer to attend this event.
User Group Conference: User Conferences will be held annually in conjunction with Ariba LIVE. They will last one full day with a networking dinner held on the preceding evening. These sessions will be held in person and will cover the full spectrum of Ariba solutions, industries and key topic streams.
